Matching Qualified Candidates With Job Requirements

The first thing we will do is understand your company’s culture and climate. This is accomplished by meeting with your HR personnel and/or production managers to get the feel of the work setting and job requirements.
   Then, only qualified candidates are selected (see “Our Screening Procedures”). We don’t send a warm body to the job; we never have. Our computer search capabilities allow us to rapidly find qualified candidates who match your job requirements.
   If we don’t have candidates that match your profiles, we’ll be honest with you so you can make the appropriate decision.

Follow-up Calls

Once the candidates are placed with your company, our Employment Consultant will conduct arrival calls to be sure the candidates arrive on time and report to the right department as instructed. Quality assurance calls are made to Client Company and to assignment employees each week to ensure the continuing success until the employee is hired.

At GSRI, we understand that the key ingredient to making successful matches is a thorough screening process.

Step 1: Verification of legal documentation for employment is collected prior to the job seeker completing the employment application.

Step 2:
Assessments are given to all job applicants when applying for work. Click here for a list of assessments. The decision for hiring is based on multiple factors such as education, experience, skills and former employers.

Step 3:
Our Employment Consultants will interview candidates to ensure they possess the training and experience required for the position.

Step 4: We perform a required reference check for each job applicant for accuracy of employment history, pay, and skill sets.
Step 5: We perform a required criminal background check. GSRI reserves the right to disqualify anyone who has convictions related to past assignments and/or misrepresented his/her records.

Step 6:
Upon request by the Client Company, our Employment Consultant will arrange for a job interview with qualified candidates to meet with your HR personnel. This opportunity offers the candidate and your Personnel Manager time to acquaint each other with specific job requirements and whether or not it’s a good match.

    If you are dissatisfied with any of our candidates, please let one of our Employment Consultants know and we will replace any assigned employee.
