Matching Qualified Candidates With Job Requirements
The first thing we will do is understand your company’s culture and climate. This is accomplished by meeting with your HR personnel and/or production managers to get the feel of the work setting and job requirements.
Then, only qualified candidates are selected (see “Our Screening Procedures”). We don’t send a warm body to the job; we never have. Our computer search capabilities allow us to rapidly find qualified candidates who match your job requirements.
If we don’t have candidates that match your profiles, we’ll be honest with you so you can make the appropriate decision.
Follow-up Calls
Once the candidates are placed with your company, our Employment Consultant will conduct arrival calls to be sure the candidates arrive on time and report to the right department as instructed. Quality assurance calls are made to Client Company and to assignment employees each week to ensure the continuing success until the employee is hired. |
