1. Overview. Global Staffing Resources Services ("GSRI" or "We" or "Our") accepts resumes and other personal information via GSRI web site (the "Web Site"). When you use the Web Site, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use / Privacy Policy (the "Terms").

2. Web Site Content. The Web Site and its content (including but not limited to graphics, art, information, images, logos and text) are the exclusive property of GSRI, unless otherwise noted. You may visit and use this Web Site and its content solely for the purposes of reviewing job opportunities and submitting information to GSRI about your interest in those job opportunities. You have no express or implied right to license or use this Web Site or its contents for any other purpose.

3. Modification. You agree that the Terms may be modified in our discretion, including retroactively to information you previously provided to us. We may or may not provide notice of any such modification.

4. Linking, Framing, Scraping, Data-Mining. You may not link to this Web Site without Our permission. You may not "frame" or otherwise cause this Web Site to be viewed or re-published in a commercial manner without our permission. In no event may information on or within this Web Site be re-used or re-published without Our permission.

5. Communications to Web Site. You represent and acknowledge that all communications you send to the Web Site are truthful and accurate. You understand that others (such as employers) will be relying on the information you submit as being truthful and accurate. GSRI has the right to use or publish any information you submit to the Web Site (for example, we may forward your resume to an interested employer). GSRI makes no representations that information you attempt to send to GSRI via the Web Site will be received by GSRI.

6. Age Limitations. GSRI does not intentionally obtain information from individuals under age 18. If you are under age 18 please do not submit any information to the Web Site.

7. Errors. GSRI strives to provide accurate information on the Web Site. However, errors may occur. GSRI will promptly correct materially incorrect information. If you are aware of an error, please notify GSRI as soon as possible.

8. Governing Law. This Web Site and all disputes regarding the Web Site or the collection of information from the Web Site will be governed by Wisconsin law, without regard to its choice of law provisions. Any litigation involving this Web Site or information collected via the Web Site shall be litigated in the state or federal courts in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

9. Disclaimer. GSRI expressly disclaims any and all warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, including but not limited to warranties or conditions of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The web site and its contents are provided "as is" and you use the web site and its contents at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability. GSRI will not be responsible for any loss, special, incidental, direct, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from, connected with, or relating to the use of the web site or the contents thereof. If, notwithstanding this limitation, a court of competent jurisdiction or other governing body finds otherwise, you agree that GSRI total liability, if any, shall be limited to $100.00.

11. Use of Personal Information. GSRI may use or disclose personal information you provide via the Web Site. For example, GSRI may provide this information to potential employers or to its affiliates.
