SERVICES PROVIDED


Whether your vacancies are long-term temporary assignments, temp-to-hires, or permanent placement, we can assist you in locating qualified candidates to fill your staffing needs. Our scope of staffing services includes:

Flexible Staffing Solutions
Temporary: This option is best for seasonal projects, covering for vacations or peak periods. GSRI will place candidates with your company for as long as you need them. We are responsible for all pre-employment assessments, screening and drug test. The assignment employees will be on our payroll.
   Temp-to-Hire: If the position you inquired about is long term but you need to evaluate the candidates before making a decision, then this is the best option. Here is an opportunity to evaluate a candidate’s performance, skills and personality before deciding on whether or not to add our assignment employees on your payroll. GSRI is responsible for all pre-employment assessments, screening and drug test. The assignment employee may be in our payroll for 90 days before eligible for permanent hire.


   
Direct-Hire: This option is for candidates who are currently employed and directly hired onto your payroll at the beginning of the assignment. GSRI have a 60-day guarantee period or an equivalent candidate will be replaced at no additional cost. There is a one-time fee based on the annual salary of the position.
   Payrolling: If you prefer to do all pre-employment assessments, screening, and drug testing to be sure the candidates is a good fit, but don’t want to carry the burden of payroll, GSRI will assume the responsibility for all payroll costs at a lower mark-up. Until you feel comfortable with the assignment employee, you may bring the employee onto your payroll.  
   On-Site Staffing: Upon request, GSRI can assign one of our Employment Consultants to station at your premises to assist your HR department coordinate and manage your staffing needs. This option allowed your managers to focus on other business while our staff will handle recruiting and offer solutions to your staff needs.
